Rabbie Banafsheha is the Founder and Managing Principal overseeing the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Portfolio Management of BLRS Equities.
Experience
Rabbie has 19 years of Real Estate Investments Experience, personally involved in the acquisition and disposition of over 150 Residential, Multifamily & Retail assets. Rabbie understands that sourcing a deal is extremely crucial as he makes himself available all hours of day to meet with brokers and sellers on a one-to-one basis. From walking and inspecting over 700 buildings in his career, Rabbie has a deep understanding and knowledge of an asset that cannot easily be seen on an Excel Spreadsheet.
For the past two decades as an investor, Rabbie has attributed his success to his ability to understand and communicate with brokers and sellers needs and goals. In each deal, he takes a genuine interest in getting to know the “reason” for the sale, and from there, structures the deal accordingly to meet everyone’s liking. Rabbie believes that the commercial real estate industry requires a strong work ethic and unique dedication that can only be learned through starting at the bottom.
Education
Graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science.
Languages
Fluent in English, Farsi, Hebrew and Spanish.
Personal Interests
Rabbie loves spending time with his beautiful wife and three daughters, Leah (14), Rina (10) and Bella (8). He also enjoys exploring the great outdoors by hiking and running on the many trails in Southern California.
Giving Back
Rabbie and his wife are dedicated to many charitable causes to help those who are less fortunate. They contribute to philanthropic organizations including The Jewish Federation and The Beautiful Minds Center for Autism. Rabbie and his wife are also passionate contributors to Yad Ezra V’Shulamit, an organization that aids children in Israel suffering in poverty. Rabbie has received an award of appreciation from The Bone Marrow Foundation for his ongoing dedication and support.
